Megan Bailey is a lifelong advocate, educator, and community leader committed to building stronger, safer, and more connected communities in Warren County. A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Megan is a proud graduate of Western Kentucky University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music Liberal Arts and Communication Studies, and where she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication. She serves as an Academic Advisor in the Mahurin Honors College at WKU, supporting students as they develop into ethical, engaged leaders.

Deeply rooted in service, Megan holds numerous leadership roles across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She serves as Secretary for the Bowling Green–Warren County Branch of the NAACP, a Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Kentucky State Commissioner, a board member of the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority, and a board member of the Black Appalachian Coalition. She is also a proud member of Sigma Alpha Iota and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.

In addition to her professional and civic work, Megan is a minister, wife, and mother whose leadership is grounded in faith, collaboration, and accountability. Motivated by her passion for equity, public safety, and responsible governance, Megan is running for Warren County Magistrate, District 4. Her campaign centers on listening to constituents, strengthening neighborhoods, and ensuring transparent, people-focused leadership that puts community first—always.
